we kept three architectural columns and designed an expansive space
so natural light flooded into this calm residence.

Bespoke full-height room divider doors could be as open-plan as possible
when needed and zoned when not.
A neutral-based MORTEX coating has been applied on the wall and pillars
to create a unique aesthetic texture to frame the space.

CCDA imports the luxury hospitality design experience,
which not only resolves the spatial limitations but also creates flexibility
and visual interest for true luxury in any city apartment.
